Mr. Schoeppel is a commercial litigator who has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 1993. Prior to that, Mr. Schoeppel practiced complex federal litigation in the State of Oklahoma for ten years..
His practice includes the following:
- Representation of parties in disputes relating to private and commercial insurance, construction, and contract litigation.
- In the field of private and commercial insurance, Mr. Schoeppel has been retained on numerous insurance related cases in which he prevailed for well in excess of the initial demand.
- Resolution of disputes involving engineers, contractors and construction firms, as well as individuals, on construction claims for improper construction and/or design defects as well as defending engineers on negligence claims.

Mr. Schoeppel is a combat veteran having served in the Active Duty Army during the Vietnam War. Mr. Schoeppel also served as an Army Captain in the Infantry earning an Honorable Discharge in 1995.
