Mr. Schoeppel has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 1993. Prior to that, Mr. Schoeppel practiced complex federal litigation in the State of Oklahoma for ten years.
Mr. Schoeppel is admitted in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the First District Court of Appeals, and United States District Court - Middle District of Florida.
His practice includes the following:
- Representation of parties in disputes relating to private and commercial insurance, construction, and contract litigation.
- In the field of private and commercial insurance, Mr. Schoeppel has been retained on numerous insurance related cases in which he prevailed for well in excess of the initial demand.
- Resolution of disputes involving engineers, contractors and construction firms, as well as individuals, on construction claims for improper construction and/or design defects as well as defending engineers on negligence claims.
